In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of billing consultants working with First Clearing client firms
- Facilitate the month end close process and ensure accurate and prompt payment to First Clearing client firms
- Serve as the main contact for First Clearing client firms' billing inquiries
- Facilitate the billing activities for the First Clearing pricing contracts and fee schedules
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
- Coordinate system updates and related communication to internal partners and introducing firms
- Maintain current reference materials and procedures
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
- Collaborate and consult with cross functional business partners
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in Brokerage Operations or billing operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
