Job Title: Financial Operations Analyst
Location: Remote from the U.S.
Team: Accounting & Financial Operations
Reports to: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:
LTK is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to optimize our scaling efforts and enhance ETL processes within our accounting functions. This role will be pivotal in automating workflows, improving data quality, and providing insights that support efficient receivables management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with data extraction and transformation, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

How you will make an impact: 

  • Support Accounts Receivable management by extracting, validating, and analyzing detailed commission and receivables data from internal systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to develop and improve SQL queries and automate data pipelines for scaling and ETL processes.
  • Analyze historical data to identify discrepancies, reconcile third-party data, and maintain data hygiene practices.
  • Create and maintain reports on aging receivables, collection performance, and follow-up actions to optimize collections.
  • Implement and utilize AI/automation tools to streamline internal processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect outstanding receivables, respond to inquiries, and improve existing collection strategies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks supporting the Financial Operations team as necessary.

What you will bring to LTK: 

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience working with ETL processes, data hygiene, and automating workflows — experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Prior experience with accounting or accounts receivable systems is advantageous.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Hands-on experience with scaling data processes and solving ETL challenges.
  • Ability to develop automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with financial software and reporting tools.
