We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager, FP&A Systems with hands-on experience in Pigment modeling to join our growing Finance team. This role will be a key business partner in driving strategic decision-making, building scalable financial models, and supporting operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining the corporate financial model in Pigment, participate in end-to-end planning and forecasting processes, and work closely with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights.Initially this position is that of an individual contributor, with an opportunity to grow the scope into a broader FP&A remit in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable the maturation and scaling of FP&A processes using Pigment software or a similar late-stage or post-IPO financial planning tool, including annual operating plan (AOP) preparation, long-range planning, quarterly forecasting, three statement financial modeling, and monthly performance reporting.

  • Build, manage and enhance Pigment models to support topline forecasting, workforce planning, expense management, and scenario analysis.

  • Build out and maintain live integrations with multiple systems, such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zip (Purchasing), among others.

  • Partner with R&D, Sales & Marketing, HR, and other business units to provide insights into their respective functional areas, including sales capacity planning, live capacity modeling, workforce planning, staffing analytics, and headcount management.

  • Leverage all modules of the Pigment platform, including but not limited to connected sales capacity planning and workforce planning.

  • Develop and automate reporting dashboards to improve visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple areas of the business.

  • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis, board materials, and strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure FP&A data integrity across multiple tools, ERP, and other reporting systems, i.e. Salesforce, Netsuite, Zip, Workday, travel platform etc.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, models, and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 3–7 years of FP&A experience, with 2+ years working in Pigment or a similar late-stage or post IPO Planning Tool. at a U.S.based company, with hands-on model building experience, preferably in a SaaS company, or at a Pigment solutions consulting firm.

  • Prior experience in topline forecasting, sales capacity modeling, and workforce/headcount planning.

  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday and Zip; experience in developing and maintaining API connectivity with these systems.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.

  • Detail-oriented, with a balance of strategic thinking and execution.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
