Join a high-impact Business Management team supporting Global Corporate Banking, where you’ll help leaders and bankers deliver outcomes for complex client portfolios. You’ll collaborate across functions, sharpen your commercial judgment, and help improve how the business runs—through data, reporting, and disciplined execution.

As an Associate, Business Management in Global Corporate Banking, you will support business leaders and coverage teams by driving core business management deliverables, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and improving the accuracy and usability of portfolio and performance reporting. You will act as a connector across partners to ensure high-quality submissions, clean data, and clear insights that enable commercial decision-making. This role sits within Finance & Business Management (F&BM) and offers meaningful exposure to the corporate banking client lifecycle and business strategy.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Managers and industry leadership to execute tactical and strategic workstreams that advance business priorities
  • Coordinate key business management activities including project management, recurring reporting, and time-sensitive ad hoc requests
  • Analyze business performance drivers and financial results to surface actionable insights and growth opportunities
  • Support portfolio management efforts by helping execute targeting, coverage activities, and client transfer processes
  • Maintain market- and client-related data submissions with strong attention to detail and timeliness
  • Collaborate with bankers and product partners to gather inputs that inform portfolio reporting and management updates
  • Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, investigating root causes and driving resolution with relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to broader Global Corporate Banking business management initiatives under the direction of Business Managers
  • Facilitate communication between the business and F&BM teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements that increase efficiency and control
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready presentation materials for senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in business management, banking, finance, strategy, operations, and/or project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and urgent requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information clearly for stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with large datasets and drawing insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build productive working relationships
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 
  • Experience supporting corporate banking, commercial banking, investment banking, or complex client coverage organizations
  • Familiarity with portfolio reporting, client lifecycle processes, and/or data governance practices
  • Experience building or enhancing dashboards and management reporting using analytics and visualization tools
  • Demonstrated track record of process improvement (standardizing, automating, or simplifying workflows)
  • Comfort presenting updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple partner groups
  • Interest in developing toward broader F&BM leadership or business management roles
