The Field Sales Representative (FSR) - North America will play a crucial role in driving the growth of WALT Labs by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge solutions. The FSR will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle within their assigned territory, achieving sales targets, and acting as a trusted advisor to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to accelerate solution adoption and meet or exceed business targets.
- Drive business development by prospecting, building a robust sales pipeline, and leading customers through the entire sales cycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business needs and technical challenges, working to remove blockers and ensure their success on the platform.
- Build and nurture executive relationships, negotiating business cycles and presenting to C-level leaders.
- Partner closely with various internal teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage and deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date account information in our CRM.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads and strengthen customer relationships, with travel required as needed.
