Role Description
Collaborate with various event partners (internal and external) on event details, plan logistics, and summarize event details back to partners for transparency and accuracy.
Research venues to determine availability and feasibility for future marketing events.
Negotiate and execute contracts with caterers, hotels, sporting venues, recreation venues, AV, transportation, and promo suppliers.
Design memorable events, collaborate with team members on larger events, and develop new creative event concepts for management approval.
Strategically plan and execute logistics for all assigned events, working both independently and as part of a team.
Solve issues, communicate needs to venues and teams, and create synergy for marketing events.
Track event budgets and reconcile financials.
Monitor and maintain promotional items for customer drop-offs and specific events, including research, selection, ordering, and distribution.
Provide event day customer service support and greet all attendees.
Lead team projects for vendor shows and marquee field events.
Develop and implement a comprehensive virtual event strategy to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Monitor event performance, gather data, and produce detailed reports to provide insights and recommendations for future events.

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business with a focus on marketing, management, or hospitality.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role as a team lead or mentor.
5+ years of experience planning and managing events, including on-site, virtual, and webinars.
5+ years of relevant B2B software marketing experience with proven results.
Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Survey Monkey, and CRM.
Experience using Cvent Registration, ON24 Webcast production, and Monday.com project management tool.
Local and national travel required (25%).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Extended hours required to complete some special projects.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
