What we are building

Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.

Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

What you will work on

As a member of Mimica’s early marketing team, you will play a key role in planning and running our events, conferences, and webinars to support sales pipeline and increase brand visibility. You’ll work closely with our Sales team to make sure events are well-coordinated and support our broader go-to-market efforts. In addition to handling logistics and operations, you’ll track results, measure ROI, and suggest improvements. As our go-to-market engine scales, there’s a path for this role to grow into a broader Field Marketing function with the opportunity to expand into broader marketing areas and creative engagement.

Part of your day-to-day
  • Leading the planning and execution of industry trade shows annually, including event selection, logistics, and booth design and setup.

  • Organizing customer events and managing logistics for virtual events/webinars

  • Owning and managing the events budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align event strategy with pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Owning internal event logistics for company-wide gatherings, including Sales Kickoffs and team off-sites.

  • Tracking and measuring ROI for all events, and continuously iterating on playbooks and best practices.

  • Effectively communicating event strategies, results, and recommendations in key meetings.

What you will bring
  • Experience leading events or field marketing programs, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.

  • Skilled at managing projects with many moving parts and stakeholders, from planning through wrap-up and follow-up.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking event performance, analyzing data, and reporting on ROI.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Bonus
  • Experience in a startup environment, comfortable being resourceful and scrappy with limited budgets.

  • Familiarity working with large enterprises and understanding how events support complex sales motions.
