This role will own the planning, execution, and optimization of Kognitos’ event strategy, encompassing everything from regional field events such as executive dinners, workshops, and roadshows, to major industry conferences and tradeshows.

You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to create memorable experiences that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute an annual field and events calendar aligned to business priorities and sales objectives.

  • Manage event logistics including vendor relationships, contracts, booth design, and budget.

  • Drive event promotions, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with Sales.

  • Support partner co-marketing opportunities and joint events to expand market reach.

Execution & Management

  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including selection, vendor management, registration, promotions, onsite staffing, and booth presence.

  • Partner with sales to design attendee experiences that foster engagement and accelerate deal cycles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure messaging, branding, and assets are aligned across all events.

  • Partner with sales, demand generation, and digital marketing to amplify event strategy, and to drive pre-event outreach, onsite meetings, and post-event follow-up.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track KPIs including registrations, attendance, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and ROI.

  • Report on results and continuously optimize future event strategies for impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or integrated marketing (B2B SaaS or technology preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage large tradeshows and multiple smaller-scale field events simultaneously.

  • Strong project management skills—able to juggle deadlines, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Ability to sit remotely but willingness to travel 20–40% of the time for events.

Final note
