Position Summary

  • This position supports the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) programs. 
  • Primary responsibilities include supporting websites and digital assets, member communications, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.  
  • This role will have a focus on educating federal employees and retirees to grow Aetna’s Federal and Postal plans. 

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand FEHB/PSHB plans and benefits in order to effectively and simply educate federal employees and retirees on their options.
  • Support member communications and marketing efforts such as the maintenance of SharePoint database and QuickBase tools.
  • Assist with managing website updates process and develop/write content for web updates.  Will be required to track and update digital content on federal websites using WordPress Elementor.
  • Coordinate moving materials through a multi-step compliance review process.
  • Assist with managing several platforms and systems that support virtual lead generation capabilities, including Salesforce and Cvent.
  • Coordinate participation in virtual health fairs, including staffing.
  • Participate in Open Enrollment sales activities such as phone appointments, live chat, webinars, and in-person meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of health insurance experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with digital content creation and/or direct to consumer marketing
  • Have or obtain state Health Insurance License
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (eg. Salesforce, Cvent, Live Person, and Time Trade)
  • Flexibility is a nonnegotiable, specifically the ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of health insurance experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or High School Diploma and equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
