This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, Procurement, EHS, vendors, and leadership to plan, implement, document, and align work with production needs.
Success requires strong organization, technical understanding, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead priorities across operations, maintenance, projects, and production schedules.
Ideal candidates are proficient with SAP or other CMMS tools, Microsoft Office, trackers, dashboards, drawings, and documentation systems. They coordinate schedules, track action items, communicate status, support scope development, identify gaps, and improve safety, reliability, documentation, cost control, and execution quality. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Water Services projects and work activities, including scope, schedule, resources, customer alignment, risk tracking, execution, and closeout.
- Plan and track preventive, predictive, corrective, reactive, and project work for UPW, process water, reclaim, and wastewater systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, customers, technicians, operations, engineering, construction, procurement, EHS, and leadership to resolve issues and support safe field execution.
- Support development, review, tracking, and closeout of drawings, scopes, permits, work packages, turnover documents, maintenance records, and project deliverables.
- Use CMMS platforms, dashboards, Microsoft Office, and digital tools to supervise work, maintain records, communicate updates, and provide leadership visibility.
- Monitor contractor , vendor , and field execution activities for alignment with scope, safety, LOTO, quality, and reliability expectations.
- Maintain clear communication through updates, meeting notes, reports, presentations, and proactive follow-up on action items, risks, constraints, and deliverables.
- Identify risks, close gaps, and improve safety, reliability, material readiness, documentation quality, cost control, and execution.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in facilities operations, water or wastewater treatment, industrial maintenance, military service, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of related experience in water, wastewater, facilities, utilities, maintenance coordination, project coordination, construction coordination, vendor coordination, or a comparable industrial environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Engineering , Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of technical experience in facilities operations, water services, UPW, wastewater, chemical treatment, utilities, semiconductor manufacturing, or another high-volume industrial environment.
- 5+ years coordinating or managing facility, utility, construction, maintenance, or operational projects.
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
