About the Role:

This Corporate Strategy Analyst will play a key role in shaping Hims and Hers’s company strategy, driving cross-functional initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities in a dynamic healthcare landscape. You’ll work closely with leaders across finance, marketing, operations, and product to assess market trends, perform make/buy/partner analyses, evaluate business performance, and execute recommendations that influence the company’s strategic direction. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution.

You Will:
  • Partner with senior leadership to address key company’s strategic questions

  • Champion special projects for the executive team and the Board of Directors

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate new business opportunities, market expansions, and potential acquisitions or partnerships

  • Maintain a competitive landscape framework to inform pricing and strategic positioning

  • Help incubate new businesses or launch new verticals, from ideation to execution

  • Run due diligence processes from term sheet negotiation to deal closure

  • Be provided a springboard to grow and thrive in your career

You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in strategic and highly analytical roles such as management consulting, investment banking, strategic finance or equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to get stuff done independently in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams

  • Proactive and flexible mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges independently and quickly
