Job Description:

Please note, we do not currently have any open positions. We are eager to expand our network to Sales Leaders on the East coast who are interested in joining Darktrace in the future.
Interested in dynamic Sales leader to manage a high-performing sales team within a defined region. Would be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a skilled coach and mentor, capable of inspiring their team to exceed performance goals while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 8–10 Account Executives across the full sales cycle.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Optimize team performance through effective processes and resource management.

  • Solve challenges creatively and guide the team through complex sales scenarios.

  • Support negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability.

  • Oversee hiring, performance management, and team development.

  • Analyze and influence key revenue drivers to support business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience managing a full-cycle sales team.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales; experience in SaaS or technology sectors preferred.

  • Proven ability to set clear expectations and foster open communication.

  • Familiarity with performance metrics and coaching best practices.

  • Skilled in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
