We are seeking a dynamic and visionary  Expert Insights GenAI Product Manager to lead the development of a GenAI powered conversational interface from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will define the product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the roadmap for a state-of-the-art portfolio analytics platform. Core Responsibilities

  • Leads the strategic vision and roadmap for the enablement of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technology across products within a specific business area, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product(s) and technology required to create efficiencies and value through AI-based solutions. Products may have enterprise-wide implications.
  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product strategy for a conversational AI platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and other stakeholders to guide products from conception to launch.
  • User-Centric Design: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the chatbot's user experience and engagement.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage high-quality requirement roadmaps based on strategic goals and user feedback.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring readiness for upcoming sprints.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and analyze metrics to measure and benchmark the chatbot's success.
  • Product Launches: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and optimizations.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product management or related technical roles, with a focus on Generative AI or Large Language Models.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and driving the product strategy for a conversational AI platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration guide products from conception to launch.
  • Understanding of performance monitoring, defining and analyzing metrics to measure and benchmark the chatbot's success.
  • Stakeholder management, strategic thinking, prioritization skills
  • Prior experience with driving the vision, strategy and roadmap for a new initiative.
  • Experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, specifically where that role regularly liaised with both business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrates strategic mindset, shows technical expertise, uses business insight, cultivates innovation, embraces change, and demonstrates tech savviness.
