Sr. Product Manager – Core position with Ouro Global, Inc. in Austin, TX and various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the U.S.

Duties are: Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the goals and objectives. Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical background to understand and communicate effectively with engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. Good understanding of API’s. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and user needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, legal & compliance, finance, banking operations and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle. User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with the design team to deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience. Metrics and Analytics: use data-driven insights to evaluate the success of product initiatives, making informed decisions for future iterations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the product complies with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

Minimum requirements:

Master degree in Information Technology or a related field, plus three (3) years of relevant experience in the financial services industry. Must also have:

i.Relevant knowledge of agile methodology

ii.Experience managing and delivering multiple, simultaneous, complex projects

iii. Proficient with Google Suite.

iv.Experience working with external parties (ex: partners, vendors, customers, contractors, etc.)

v.Proficient in analyzing financial data to inform product decisions, identifying trends and insights to drive strategy.

vi.Ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and inform future development.

vii. Experience conducting research to gather data on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

viii.Aptitude for establishing processes that continuously gather and analyze user feedback, fostering a cycle of improvement for the product

ix.Experience implementing and configuring analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau) to track user interactions and product performance.
