At IMC, our success depends on attracting exceptional people across every part of our business. We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Experienced Recruitment team and drive hiring across technology and business operations roles.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can quickly understand different teams and talent markets, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and develop thoughtful strategies to attract outstanding candidates. Prior experience in trading or financial services is not required; we are particularly interested in recruiters who can bring fresh perspectives and translate experience from other highly performing, innovative organizations.
Your Core Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with leaders across technology and business operations to understand their teams, priorities, and hiring needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets, candidate availability, assessment, and recruiting best practices.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that engage both active and passive candidates across a diverse range of functions and experience levels.
  • Build high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, research, and long-term relationship building.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role intake and market mapping through assessment, offer, and close.
  • Assess candidates for their capabilities, potential, motivation, and alignment with IMC's culture and the needs of the hiring team.
  • Create a personalized and engaging candidate experience that clearly communicates IMC's work, culture, and opportunities.
  • Manage external recruitment partners when needed, ensuring clear expectations, high-quality delivery, and alignment with IMC's standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality of hire.
  • Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders, using data and market insights to highlight progress, identify challenges, and inform recruiting strategies.

Your Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring across technology, business operations, or a similarly broad portfolio of roles.
  • A strong track record of identifying, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • The curiosity and learning agility to quickly understand unfamiliar functions, roles, and candidate profiles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, advise, and adapt as business priorities evolve.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates rather than relying primarily on inbound applications or agencies.
  • Excellent organization and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Strong judgment and communication skills, with the ability to create credible and engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage activity, maintain accurate data, and generate insights.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
