About this role:
The Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office (CPO) is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager supporting Client Management. This role provides product leadership across key capabilities, including Leads and Referrals, New Associate, ServiceNow, Salesforce Mobile, Commercial and CIB referrals, and WIM client relationships. The role is responsible for defining product vision and business requirements, prioritizing the roadmap, leading delivery, supporting adoption, and managing ongoing product performance. This position partners across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that improve advisor and client associate experiences while supporting regulatory, operational, and enterprise requirements. Backfilling the role preserves dedicated product ownership and maintains delivery continuity for prioritized capabilities.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead product vision, requirements, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for Client Management capabilities.
  • Own delivery for Leads and Referrals, New Associate, ServiceNow, Salesforce Mobile, Commercial and CIB referrals, and WIM client relationships.
  • Translate business and technical needs into product requirements, prioritized backlogs, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and business teams to deliver integrated advisor and client associate experiences.
  • Lead complex initiatives through product definition, implementation, adoption, and ongoing performance management.
  • Oversee regulatory, risk, and compliance reviews to ensure products align with enterprise standards, policies, controls, and governance requirements.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and complex product challenges requiring coordination across multiple teams.
  • Prioritize work based on business value, customer needs, delivery feasibility, risk considerations, and available capacity.
  • Support field integration, onboarding, training, change readiness, and adoption for new and enhanced capabilities.
  • Provide product direction and decision support to leadership, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for CRM, advisor desktop , planning, proposal and trading tools, client onboarding, leads and referral management, workflow management, or contact management platforms within large financial services organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products built on or integrated with Salesforce, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and related enterprise platforms supporting sales, service, and client relationship management.
  • Experience partnering with Wealth Management field organizations, including Financial Advisors, Client Associates, Private Bankers, and referral channels spanning Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, and Corporate & Investment Banking.
  • Strong vendor management experience, including relationship management, performance oversight, and delivery coordination with external partners.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence, align, and build consensus among senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, technology partners, and control functions in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience navigating risk, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements while delivering technology-enabled change within a financial services environment.
  • Proven ability to lead across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and business teams to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile product delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Octane, Story Weaver, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate effectively in ambiguous environments, and drive high-quality execution through leadership, collaboration, and influence.

Job Expectations:
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
