  • Manage and prioritize calendars, daily workflows, and inbound requests across the founding team to maximize output.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the founders with board members, investors, partners, and team members.

  • Build and maintain operational systems to streamline executive communications, task management, and information flow.

  • Plan and execute high-quality company and leadership events such as offsites, board meetings, and team gatherings, ensuring both flawless logistics and a polished experience.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant, executive business partner, or chief of staff–level support experience, including direct support to C-level executives in high-growth or high-visibility environments.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the founders and company to senior stakeholders, including board members and investors.

  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management software; ability to adopt and optimize new tools quickly.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong bias for action and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

  • Event planning and coordination experience at scale (multi-day offsites, executive summits, cross-functional retreats).

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively under pressure.

  • Experience within a high-growth startup environment, ideally in B2C or SaaS.

Nice to Have’s:

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion and Linear.

  • Prior exposure to fintech or consumer subscription products.

Typical Process (May vary depending on role):

  • Recruiter Video Call

  • Hiring Manager Video Call

  • Take Home Assignment

Benefits :
  • Work wherever you want! As a fully remote company with no central office, we want you to work wherever you are happiest and most productive. Whether that’s out of your home, a co-working space, or elsewhere.

  • Competitive cash and equity compensation in a hyper growth, early stage company 🚀.

  • Stipend to set-up your ideal working environment.

  • Competitive Benefit Plans for employees based on your location (e.g. in the US we offer: Medical, dental and vision benefits and the ability to contribute to a 401k plan).

  • Unlimited PTO.

  • 3 day weekend every month! We take off the “First Friday” every month to focus on rest, recuperation, or just having fun!
