Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CRO and other sales execs as needed, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, and meeting logistics.

• Partner closely with GTM leadership to streamline communication, prepare materials for revenue meetings, and ensure alignment across teams.

• Anticipate needs before they arise—helping the CRO stay focused on strategic initiatives by taking notes, managing priorities and follow-ups.

• Support key GTM programs, such as sales kickoffs, QBRs, and customer-facing events, occasionally traveling to help execute them.

• Serve as a culture carrier within the revenue organization—creating connection, bringing positive energy, and helping the team move fast while having fun.

What You’ll Bring

• You’ve supported senior GTM or sales executives at a scaling SaaS company, ideally one that has gone public or experienced significant growth.

• You understand the pace, priorities, and personality of a sales organization—and know how to keep things organized and on track without losing the human touch.

• You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments where no two days look the same.

• You’re known for being kind, upbeat, and easy to work with—you bring calm and clarity to busy people and complex situations.

• You love to learn, are open to travel, and enjoy being part of a team that celebrates wins and works hard to achieve them

Travel Required

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require some travel within the assigned territory to be successful. Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

• Total Compensation: $120-160K annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills. We believe in fair and competitive pay. To reflect differences in local markets, our salary bands are set by geographic tier (Tier 1 or Tier 2) and will be applied based on the candidate’s location. Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
