As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CRO and other sales execs as needed, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, and meeting logistics.

  • Partner closely with GTM leadership to streamline communication, prepare materials for revenue meetings, and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Anticipate needs before they arise—helping the CRO stay focused on strategic initiatives by taking notes, managing priorities and follow-ups.

  • Support key GTM programs, such as sales kickoffs, QBRs, and customer-facing events, occasionally traveling to help execute them.

  • Serve as a culture carrier within the revenue organization—creating connection, bringing positive energy, and helping the team move fast while having fun.

What You’ll Bring

Travel Required

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require some travel within the assigned territory to be successful. Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Total Compensation: $120-160K annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills. We believe in fair and competitive pay. To reflect differences in local markets, our salary bands are set by geographic tier (Tier 1 or Tier 2) and will be applied based on the candidate’s location. Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
