The Events Coordinator will manage and support logistics for the Online Campus events, including scheduling, communication, and volunteer management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help manage and logistically support the Online Campus's events, including Elevation Church Pop-Ups and Elevation Nights (as needed).
- Scheduling volunteer meetings and assigning roles based on venue needs.
- Sending and scheduling Volunteer Emails/Texts.
- Scheduling flights and hotels for all staff traveling for Pop-ups and Elevation Nights.
- Perform venue walk-throughs with venue representatives.
- Manage creative asset requests to support the Pop-Ups.
- Manage all baptism logistics, including ordering supplies and keeping track of inventory.
- Oversee the load in and load out of all supplies needed to be transported to and from Pop-Ups.
- Follow up to connect Pop-Up volunteers to Online Campus volunteering.
- Planning logistics for connection dinner through finding the location, the catering, and with clear communication.
MUST-HAVES
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Ability and desire to travel extensively
- Experience in Public Relations, Event Management, Project Management, or related field/life experience
- Highly organized/administrative
- Strong ability to build relationships and provide a high level of customer service
- Leadership strengths while also a love for executing tasks
- High level of communication skills; written and verbal
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-feedback culture
- Experience working for a start-up or in an entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with the online ministry of Elevation Church
DAY-TO-DAY
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
- Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
