The ESM Tech Lead will oversee the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, manage incidents, perform maintenance, support upgrades, and ensure platform security.
Role/Title: Sr. ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months
Primary Skills: ServiceNow Administration.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned day-to-day operations of ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments.
- Perform application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of ServiceNow platform incidents.
- Contribute to ServiceNow version upgrade execution.
- Manage ServiceNow instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
- Provide configuration assistance to ServiceNow developers.
Must have:
- ServiceNow CSA certification. Sound knowledge on ServiceNow platform and products.
- Above average communication skills to handle client interactions.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, ITSM, integrations. Code reviews & migrations.
- Support hours: 9-5 Central Time, with occasional support over the weekend.
