What you will do: 

•            The ERP Technical and Business Solutions Change Manager will initially engage in helping drive Factory Direct through the implementation of Infor CSD. Following implementation this role will continue to support changes to the ERP and help drive operational improvements while minimizing any disruptions to business operations.

•            A critical part of this role is facilitate organizational transitions to changes and improvements to the ERP by developing and implementing strategies to help employees adapt to changes, including but not limited processes, and policies, while minimizing disruption and maximizing positive outcomes.

•            Have a significant impact on achievement of operational goals by ensuring that any new upgrades to the ERP meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

•            This person will monitor incoming service requests, incidents and projects and ensure that they are completed in a timely and high-quality manner. While working with the business to interpret their needs and issues and effectively translating them to actionable requirements.

•            This individual will apply business process knowledge of assigned function with proven analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of ERP investments and initiatives.

What we look for: 

•            Collaborate with the business to identify operational requirements and translate them into technical requirements and solutions using Infor CSD

•            Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects, utilizing Jira project management software.

•            Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues related to Infor CSD

•            Maintain the implemented functionality of Infor CSD Cloud ERP modules through end user support.

•            Perform system analysis and testing, and create process flows to improve business processes, specifically within financial modules.

•            Responsible for the oversight and performance of the Infor Cloudsuite products.

•            Lead a team of CSD Operations Team in supporting and optimizing the Infor CSD platform and day-to-day business processes.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience

•            3-5 years of Infor CloudSuite Distribution experience.

•            Organized and analytical, with the ability to interpret ERP processes (Infor Cloudsuite).

•            Proficiency with CloudSuite actions, forms, fields, relations, workflows, and data feeds is necessary; experience with ION and Data Lake/Data Fabric is a plus.

•            Must have at least one full cycle implementation of Infor CloudSuite Distribution from Infor SXE is desirable.

Language skills

•            Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Effectively teach others, and positively influence others through written correspondence and technical instructions.
