At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

We’re growing quickly and committed to building a culture of learning, curiosity, and excellence. Joining Vanta means joining a team that believes in growing together, learning continuously, and making an impact that matters.Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

We are looking for an experienced EPD Enablement Manager to join Vanta’s expanding Enablement team. In this role, you will be managing and scaling new hire onboarding, automating and standardizing key learning & development processes, and collecting, analyzing and using data to continuously improve how we support growth across engineering, product and design teams.

A major focus will be refining Vanta’s EPD onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure new hires have the right resources on day one and throughout their ramp process. This includes managing the onboarding buddy program, creating manager visibility and accountability into onboarding progress, and building metrics to track milestones and success.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and streamline EPD onboarding and training programs, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and data-driven.

  • Automate and standardize systems, templates, and workflows that make onboarding and learning consistent and scalable.

  • Partner with managers, presenters and external stakeholders to create and maintain cohesive live and async training and onboarding resources, across technical, operational and cultural fields.

  • Implement measurable tools that track success for new hires—such as PR metrics, PRDs, and design metrics—and build reporting systems that surface this data in a clear, actionable, and digestible way.

  • Analyze survey data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify trends and measure program impact.

  • Create an onboarding experience that encourages connection, trust, and collaboration for new hires in a remote-first, encouraging new hires to understand Vanta’s principles and values and connect with other teams, managers and leadership.

  • Provide managers with team onboarding templates, visibility into new hire performance signals and communicate SLAs, timelines and milestones to both managers and leadership.

  • Develop learning materials (e.g. interactive e-learning, presentations, videos, guides, etc.) and manage content within LMS systems (Workramp, Docebo).

How to be successful in this role:

  • 4+ years of experience in enablement, onboarding, learning and development and/or program management, with experience specifically across engineering and product teams.

  • Experience designing scalable systems and automated workflows in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to improving onboarding programs.

  • Skilled at supporting connection, engagement, and belonging in a remote-first environment.

  • Passion for helping people onboard quickly, have access to training tools and resources and for building programs that reflect Vanta’s values and principles.

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in Engineering, Product, and Design is a plus.

  • Bias for action and ability to lead with resilience.

Workplace & Location

  • This role is fully remote, with quarterly travel for team and company offsites.

What you can expect as a Vantan:

  • Industry-competitive compensation

  • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage

  • 16 weeks fully-paid parental Leave for all new parents

  • Health & wellness and remote workplace stipends

  • Family planning benefits through Carrot Fertility

  • 401(k) matching

  • Flexible work hours and location

  • Open PTO policy

  • 11 paid holidays in the US

  • Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, and Sydney

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary based on candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.

At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.

About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
