About the Role:We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized User Research Operations Coordinator to support our growing research team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Research Ops Program Manager and cross-functional researchers to ensure customer calls run smoothly from start to finish.
This is a contractor role with a 3-month term (potential to extend), requiring [up to 40 hours/week].
What You'll Achieve:Provide a one-of-a-kind participant experience: In this role, you will be interfacing with our user research participants and customers. You'll partner with our Research Ops & Program Manager to refine our scheduling process to optimize for the best participant experience.
Coordination and scheduling at scale: You'll coordinate and schedule a high volume of user research participant interviews in an organized, timely, and consistent manner. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers to keep studies on track and on time.
1+ years of full-cycle scheduling and/or coordination experience in a high-volume role.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. You are comfortable juggling multiple requests and timelines.
You are kind, warm, and thoughtful. You care deeply about creating efficient, respectful experience for internal teams and external customers alike.
Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, Calendly, and Slack.
Some level of experience using Notion, particularly managing and creating Notion databases for tracking and documentation is a nice to have.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated hourly range for this role is $30-$35/hr.
