The Entry Level Project Coordinator will support project managers and teams by ensuring that all projects are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication flows effectively. Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Help manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
- Liaise between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements
