What You'll Do:
- Administer and support Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications, including Workforce, Capital, Financials Planning, and Strategic Modeling.
- Manage Development, Test, and Production environments, migrations, deployments, and Oracle quarterly updates.
- Configure metadata, hierarchies, security, dashboards, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts.
- Build and maintain integrations using Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Integration Agent, and flat file processes.
- Monitor system performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and application availability to ensure reliable operations.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and improve user experience through automation and process enhancements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, documentation, testing, and end-user training initiatives across the enterprise.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and related planning modules.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.
- Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and data warehouse platforms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Groovy scripting, or ETL tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- ability to translate technical insights into business value.
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
