The Enterprise Field Marketing Manager is a strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for leading the execution of targeted, account-based marketing (ABM) programs and in-person and virtual field events that generate demand, engage buying groups, and drive pipeline growth within their region. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset, deep ABM experience, and fluency in using AI tools and market insights to continuously optimize engagement strategies.

We’re looking for someone who’s energized by experimentation, comfortable navigating change, and excited to help shape what great looks like. This role may be based remotely or in Austin, Texas, and reports to the Sr. Account-Based Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a region-specific marketing plan that aligns with the regional sales strategy and supports pipeline growth.

  • Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leaders by contributing to territory planning, aligning marketing resources to high-value accounts, and executing multi-channel ABM programs across digital, email, events, webinars, and third-party platforms.

  • Plan and manage regional in-person and virtual events to drive new opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and deepen client relationships.

  • Support Corporate Event Marketing on National and Marquee events by partnering with sellers to strategize on pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up for improved engagement with top accounts and sales alignment.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities on pipeline growth and buying group engagement for top accounts, providing actionable insights and regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Research and identify new opportunities across key industries and implement account-based marketing strategies to enhance personalization and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in field marketing, campaign marketing, or event marketing within the B2B tech or enterprise software space.

  • Expertise in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, leveraging various marketing channels to drive engagement and attendance.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, the buyer’s journey, and a proven track record of partnering with sales to achieve pipeline targets.

  • Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus for audience segmentation and account-level engagement measurement, along with proficiency in Marketo (or other comparable MAP/ESP) and Salesforce.

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notebook, Gemini, Mutiny, or similar) to support campaign development, content personalization, and marketing operations.

  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze marketing performance and adapt strategies based on insights and feedback.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

  • Proven ability to apply creativity and passion to marketing programs and projects, with strong attention to detail, follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage contractors and collaborate effectively with all levels across the organization, as well as with clients and prospects.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, based on business needs
