monday.com is seeking a talented and driven Enterprise Account Executive responsible for developing new business in the Emerging Markets - specifically MEA (Middle East and Africa) regions. You’ll join our Consulting Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in these territories.


About The Role
  • Own Your Accounts: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, becoming their go-to advisor and trusted partner.
  • Show Customer Value: Utilize your deep knowledge of monday.com to demonstrate real returns on investment and drive product adoption.
  • Find New Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, add-ons, and cross-selling.
  • Master the Platform: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the monday.com platform and effectively communicate its benefits to clients.
  • Consult and Inspire Change: Collaborate with customers to evaluate and enhance their processes, promoting innovative solutions.
  • Promote Internally: Develop and implement programs within client organizations to raise awareness and increase usage of monday.com solutions.
  • Team Up for Success: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to provide exceptional account management and relay valuable customer feedback.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS company – required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales cycle: from lead generation, demo, and contracts – required.
  • Successfully sold into the Middle East region - big advantage
  • High level region specific language skills (ex: Arabic) - big advantage
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing legal discussions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, curious, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment.
