About The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic Affiliate & Partnership Team Lead to join our Growth Marketing department . In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition and revenue growth through partnerships with affiliate networks, comparison sites, PPC vendors, and strategic performance partners.

You’ll own the full cycle, from partner recruitment and enablement to campaign optimization and performance analysis, ensuring continuous growth while maintaining efficiency and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of growth marketing managers, setting clear goals, KPIs, and professional development plans.
  • Partnership Strategy & Execution: Define and execute a best-in-class marketing partnerships strategy, including affiliates, comparison sites (e.g., Gartner, MVF, DPM, PartnerStack), and direct vendors.
  • Business Development (AI Ecosystems): Proactively identify and forge strategic partnerships with emerging AI platforms, discovery engines, and AI-driven marketplaces to secure prominent visibility and integrations, developing these platforms as a new, scalable channel for user acquisition.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze partner and campaign performance, identify opportunities to scale, and continuously test new channels and regions to drive incremental growth.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring spend efficiency, profitability, and alignment with broader business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the SEM, SEO, Product, and Creative teams to align on goals, share insights, and maximize performance impact across channels.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term alignment and growth.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Stay on top of emerging partnership models, platforms, and performance marketing trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with at least 2 years leading a team in a global company.
  • Proven track record in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or PPC performance channels.
  • Deep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, LTV/CAC, and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
