About the Role

Expereo is seeking a highly driven Enterprise Account Director – Acquisition Sales to join our high-performing sales organization.

This is a pure hunting role focused on identifying, engaging, and winning net-new enterprise customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an outbound sales strategy, building executive-level relationships, creating qualified pipeline opportunities, and closing complex technology solutions within target accounts.

You will play a critical role in driving Expereo's growth by positioning our managed connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, and security solutions as strategic enablers of digital transformation.

This role is ideal for a consultative enterprise seller who thrives on prospecting, opening new doors, competing for market share, and consistently exceeding new business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers within assigned territories or verticals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on new logo acquisition and market penetration.
  • Generate, qualify, and advance opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, social selling, referrals, and partner engagement.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities capable of delivering and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business executives.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Position Expereo's portfolio of Managed Internet, SD-WAN, SASE, Cloud Connectivity, and Network Security solutions to solve customer business challenges.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution engineering, product, and bid management teams to develop compelling customer proposals and RFP responses.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business revenue targets.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience, with a strong focus on net-new business acquisition.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding new logo sales targets in complex, competitive markets.
  • Demonstrated success selling managed network services, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud connectivity, security, or related telecommunications solutions.
  • Experience developing opportunities through self-generated prospecting and outbound business development activities.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Expertise in consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, negotiations, and procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives, cloud strategies, networking, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern social selling techniques.
  • Experience responding to and managing RFP, RFQ, and bid processes.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning skills.
  • Previous experience within high-growth, private equity-backed technology businesses is advantageous.
  • Experience working across global organizations and distributed teams is beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills are required.
