RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead recruiting strategy and execution to build a strong, qualified prospect pipeline for Elevation College.
- Contribute to Elevation College's marketing and social media strategy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms.
- Travel to conferences, Elevation Nights, Elevation pop-ups, and other Elevation events to represent Elevation College and connect with prospective students.
- Build and manage relationships with prospects from first contact through application, acceptance, and enrollment.
- Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that keeps accepted students engaged and committed through enrollment.
- Track and report on recruiting and enrollment metrics, adjusting strategy as needed to hit enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with Elevation Church staff and ministry leaders to align recruiting efforts with broader church initiatives.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a large, moving pipeline of prospects without letting anyone fall through the cracks
- Adaptable and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a non-profit or ministry setting
- Experience in college admissions, enrollment management, or recruiting/sales
- Familiarity with CRM or enrollment-tracking software
- Experience with social media content strategy or marketing
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
