About the role


Reviews engineering design submittals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards. Evaluates ArcGIS map packages and geospatial data, construction prints, bills of materials, splice diagrams, duct allocation sheets, and link loss budgets to ensure alignment across all project documentation and optimal design integrity.


Responsibilities:


 

  • Review High Level Designs and Low Level Designs from Engineering Vendors to ensure they comply with the Ripple Fiber Design Standards. This includes:
    • Review of ArcGIS map packages being submitted for optimal designs as well as geospatial data
    • Review of Construction Prints for accuracy and alignment with ArcGIS Packages
    • Review of Bill of Materials for accuracy
    • Review of Splice Diagrams for accuracy
    • Review of Duct Allocation Sheets for accuracy
    • Review of submitted Link Loss Budgets
  • Engagements and meetings with Engineering Vendors to resolve quality concerns on submittals
  • Processing reviews within the Ripple Project Management System

 


Qualifications:


  • Proficient in ArcGIS
  • FTTH Fiber Design Experience (High Level Designs and Low Level Designs)
