Help launch and optimize high-impact campaigns that drive member enrollment in Color’s Virtual Cancer Clinic.

We’re looking for an Engagement Marketing Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analysis. In this role, you’ll own the creation, launch, and performance optimization of high-volume B2B2C campaigns that drive enrollment in Color programs. You’ll write and test copy, build campaigns (email, mail, digital events) set up and measure experiments, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities to drive conversion.

This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with Customer Success, Design, Product, and Medical Affairs to bring campaigns to life from strategy through reporting.


How You'll Contribute:

  • Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of multi-channel member outreach campaigns (email, mail, digital events, creative campaigns) 
  • Write, edit, and test copy that engages different population segments across clients
  • Partner with Customer Success and clients to recommend rollout strategies tailored to specific populations and enrollment goals
  • Maintain campaign calendars and documentation, ensuring clarity across internal and client teams
  • Own and improve workflows for launching campaigns at scale, driving operational excellence
  • Identify new growth or engagement opportunities based on campaign data and audience behavior

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including campaign execution and performance optimization
  • Strong copywriting chops, especially for conversion-focused campaigns
  • A data-driven approach, thinking in tests and experiments, and a track record of extracting compelling performance insights
  • Experience and empathy in tailoring messaging to different populations and demographics
  • A penchant for problem-solving and fast-paced, collaborative work
  • Aptitude in managing multiple work-streams and deadlines with grace and precision

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with union and blue collar populations
  • Healthcare B2B2C healthcare marketing experience
  • Experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software
  • Skilled in using performance tracking in tools like Metabase, Amplitude, and delivering insights and recommendations to improve performance

Base Salary Range: $115-140,000.00/year 

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
