Leads NinjaOne’s FedRAMP High and Moderate compliance program, including authorization, continuous monitoring, audits, control testing, POA&M management, vulnerability remediation, documentation, and assessor coordination. Partners with engineering and federal stakeholders to implement controls, maintain evidence, manage cloud security dependencies, track regulatory changes, and automate compliance workflows. Provides FedRAMP subject matter expertise to internal teams, customers, and prospects while improving audit efficiency and evidence quality.

Generates new Systems revenue across North America through prospecting, competitive displacement, complex solution sales, executive relationship development, and territory planning. Leads opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close, selling integrated gaming hardware, software, services, and recurring-revenue solutions. Builds pipelines, forecasts accurately, coordinates cross-functional resources, develops customer value propositions, and represents market insights internally. Requires extensive customer engagement and frequent travel in a regulated gaming environment.

Supports SoFi’s Litigation and Arbitration group by managing service-of-process intake, subpoenas, threatened and filed matters, legal correspondence, litigation tracking, invoices, vendors, and legal support workflows. Maintains accurate case records, coordinates with attorneys and outside counsel, supports complex legal requests, and ensures timely responses while handling confidential information and multiple deadlines.
