The team focuses on identifying practical applications for automation, artificial intelligence, low-code/no-code platforms, data tools, integrations, and other emerging technologies. We partner with business and technology stakeholders to prototype solutions, streamline processes, and responsibly bring promising ideas from experimentation into production.
During the session, the Co-op will support the team in researching emerging technologies, building prototypes, and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive or manual processes. They will gain hands-on experience working with tools such as AI platforms, automation and workflow technologies, APIs, data sources, and low-code/no-code applications while collaborating with business and technical partners. - Natural curiosity and excitement for technology, including a willingness to experiment with new tools, test ideas, and learn through hands-on exploration.

- Demonstrated interest in emerging technology, automation, artificial intelligence, software development, data, or technology experimentation.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language, data, automation, or low-code/no-code tool through coursework, projects, internships, research, or personal experimentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies independently through research, experimentation, and hands-on testing.
- Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
