Designs, launches, and optimizes email campaigns for Elevation Church. Responsibilities include proofreading, email list maintenance, ministry-team communication, audience segmentation, engagement analysis, performance recommendations, and adherence to email marketing best practices. The role requires marketing automation proficiency, HTML email samples, database and analytics familiarity, strong attention to detail, and active church participation. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Asana, nonprofit ministry, graphic design, and copywriting is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, develop, and launch email campaigns that help people engage and stay connected with what's happening at Elevation Church
- Proofread every email for clarity, spelling, and brand consistency
- Manage email lists and perform routine list maintenance
- Communicate promptly and accurately with ministry teams on project requests
- Understand the groups of people we have in our database to ensure we’re connecting with our groups in meaningful ways
- Monitor engagement performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements
- Ensure all emails follow best practices
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Proven experience as an Email Marketer, Digital Marketer, or related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Ability to analyze correspondence data
- Familiarity with analytics and database tools
- Strong portfolio of HTML email samples
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Asana

- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
