Assist in R&D related to electrochemical testing and characterization. Prepare samples in a wet chemistry lab and present data to scientists.
Internship - 9/25 - 12/25
Essential Duties:
Perform cutting edge R&D under the supervision of staff scientists within a highly interdisciplinary environment that encompasses programs within the areas of physical chemistry, optics and photonics
Electrochemical testing and characterization methods in various material and device configurations
Sample preparation in a wet chemistry environment
Presentation of data and discussion with other scientists
Required Skills:
Knowledge in one of the following: optics, spectroscopy, electrochemistry, or device fabrication.
Must be able to work well in a dynamic team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Experience with battery design, fabrication, and testing
Required Education:
PhD student in chemistry, physics, or materials science.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work safely in an optical, electrical testing, and wet chemistry laboratory.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $52 - $60 per hour.
