Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
Duties may include but will not be limited to the following:

• Inspect and tour organization facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, and recommends corrective or preventative measures where indicated.
• Aid in collecting and analyzing data in Excel and HSE portals
• Support for inspections and permitting, and assist with accident/incident investigations
• Help maintain safety files and records.
• Generate progress reports and presentations for action items and special projects.
• Assist with audits pertaining to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in alignment with ISO and OSHA standards
• Support in maintaining and updating Environmental Department forms and documents.
• Perform environmental calculations for sustainability reporting and troubleshooting.
• Generate progress reports and presentations for action items and special projects.
• Perform other duties as directed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Currently attending a College or University in the field of Sustainability, Environmental Services or related discipline (Junior or Senior level status preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective and efficient time management skills
