The eGroups Director at Elevation Church leads campus initiatives, oversees eGroup leaders, promotes connection, and implements standard operating systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and eGroups ministry.
- Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, promoting connection and discipleship through eGroups.
- Oversee all eGroup leaders, structures, tracking metrics, and group health.
- You’ll identify opportunities to regularly integrate eGroup into every aspect of the church.
- You’ll develop and implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Passion for Small Group Ministry
- High-level networking/relational strengths
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ministry training or education
- Experience working in a non-profit or ministry setting
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
- Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
