The EEO Compliance Manager oversees compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity regulations, conducts audits, analyzes workforce data, and recommends process improvements.
The EEO Compliance Manager works with the Senior Director, EEO Compliance to manage and execute the company's Equal Employment Opportunity obligations. This position is responsible for assisting with management specific to nationwide compliance with these statutory and regulatory obligations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Assist with analyzing workforce data and implementing strategies to address identified disparities. Conduct regular internal audits to identify and address potential areas of non-compliance.
- Provide process improvement and other relevant change recommendations to Sr. Director, EEO Compliance based on internal audit findings.
- Assist with Action-Oriented Program requirements for Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veterans. Manage FCC requirements.
- Lead annual compensation analysis.
- Review of regulatory changes to determine the impact on processes and systems. Identify process gaps and regulatory risks to the organization.
- Manage required physical postings for Federal/State Posters and Charter Policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- In-depth knowledge of EEO Regulations.
- Shown ability to analyze data to identify trends Evidence of problem solving & critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in work output.
- Shown ability to coordinate, prioritize and balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Advanced level expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
