Job Description
Join Drive the Future internship program in Colombia if you are a student in your last years of University or recently graduated. This is a full-time intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence.
The Payments team is seeking for a new intern to join the Implementations team, based in Bogota, Colombia. Implementations team is in charge of managing projects to setup new products and services for corporates as existing clients in J.P. Morgan in Andean Central and Caribbean region. Such projects can either be as simple as a single account setup with its respective contracts or as complex as a full automation of a corporate treasury processes. You will have the opportunity to interact with several teams (Sales - Product - Operations - Client Service) across the region.
Job responsibilities :
• Written and Oral communication with clients to support Implementation project managers across the region;
• Contracts management for Wholesale payments, from requesting a contract to the respective team (Document management Officers) to the reception and receipt confirmation to a client, including continuous follow ups and communications with clients and Sales team;
• Payments Implementations procedures updates, to assist on procedures generation and/or updates as required, it could be as per a new product launch, Implementations global alignment or from regulation as per product confirmation.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Advanced bachelor students, recent graduated students or (thesis pending) on Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Industrial Engineer.
  • Advanced English.
  • Full-time availability to work in Bogotá, Colombia
  • Knowledge of MS Office package (specially MX Excel)
