Job Description
Regional Senior CAO employee ensuring proper support across all CAO functions (Sourcing & Procurement, Real Estate, Amenity Services, Document & Business Solutions, Security, Amenity Services) and the establishment of controls to ensure compliance with the standards of quality and efficiency. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to the SCBMs and SCOs in all activities related to CAO.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, analyze and support all CAO functions (GRE, GSS, GS, AS, DBS, CIS)
  • Act as the SPOC for local stakeholders; have in-depth knowledge of all CAO services and products available globally and locally
  • Liaison between local stakeholders and regional/global CAO teams/leaders
  • Actively partners with CAO regional/global functions to:
    • ensure local needs are captured as part of regional/global CAO agenda; helps drive global/regional CAO agenda locally
    • identify and close existing CAO services/products gaps locally
    • address CAO service issues/escalations
  • Lead CAO projects locally (i.e., RTTO, GRE D&C, Amenity Services, etc. )
  • Provide support for certain CAO functions (examples):
    • Global security senior local representative
    • Local supervision of contingent workforce (pantry, reception, cleaning/maintenance, security guards)
    • Travel services local POC
    • Local vendor and contract management (vendors onboarding, invoicing, contracts negotiation, vendors evaluation)
    • TPO process compliance
    • GRE D&C project support and coordination
    • Manage local day-to-day pantry, receptionist and other Amenity Services
    • Corporate Insurance local contact
  • Ensure "One-CAO" community locally including frequent engagement and activities across all CAO teams
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion champion; ensures a diverse CAO team and promotes an inclusive environment within the CAO team
  • Provide for non-CAO activities as needed and based on the particular needs of the location (examples):
    • Lead the respective GoGreen chapter; support other sustainability efforts
    • Onsite and offsite events management (internal clients meetings, visitors meetings, clients cocktails, etc.)
    • Local Health and safety policy compliance
    • Drills coordination
    • Ad-hoc support for LoBs Business Management (BM) teams (i.e., seat assignment confirmations)
    • Engage with local Volunteer Leadership Groups (VLGs) to support and promote local volunteer activities
