This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring talent investments translate into workforce readiness, capability growth, and performance at scale. You will help advance how Genesys delivers empathetic, AI-powered customer experiences by enabling employees to grow, adapt, and perform in an AI-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the enterprise workforce capability strategy by translating skills, learning, and AI priorities into scalable programs that improve workforce readiness
  • Lead the evolution of learning platforms and capability technologies to deliver personalized, high-impact development experiences that increase engagement and skill progression
  • Shape how AI-enabled tools enhance learning, knowledge access, and career development to improve productivity and employee experience
  • Influence platform investment decisions by evaluating business impact, scalability, and long-term capability alignment across the learning ecosystem
  • Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships that deliver measurable value, innovation, and alignment with enterprise capability goals
  • Partner across HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align workforce capability initiatives with enterprise strategy and operating priorities
  • Establish governance, planning rhythms, and decision frameworks that improve execution discipline and cross-functional alignment
  • Develop measurement frameworks that link learning, platform adoption, and AI enablement to business performance, workforce agility, and internal mobility outcomes
  • Translate complex technology and AI concepts into practical, business-relevant solutions that drive adoption and sustained impact

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrate significant experience in Talent Development, Learning Technology, HR Technology, Talent Management, Workforce Capability, AI enablement, or related transformation roles
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of learning platforms, talent technologies, and the broader HR technology ecosystem
  • Apply a clear understanding of how AI influences workforce capability, learning, and employee experience
  • Lead implementation, optimization, and governance of enterprise learning or talent platforms
  • Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities and translate emerging technologies into business-relevant use cases
  • Build and manage vendor partnerships to deliver scalable, high-value solutions
  • Guide strategic platform investment decisions, including prioritization, rationalization, and value assessment
  • Collaborate effectively across HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business leadership
  • Drive execution through governance, roadmap development, and change adoption
  • Use data and analytics to inform strategy, support decision-making, and demonstrate measurable impact
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Apply experience in skills-based talent strategies, workforce planning, or learning transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrate familiarity with LinkedIn Learning, LMS or LXP platforms, talent marketplace technologies, and AI-enabled learning solutions
  • Operate effectively within global, matrixed organizations
  • Build measurement frameworks for platform adoption, workforce capability, and value realization
  • Bring experience in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise capability-building initiatives
  • Demonstrate familiarity with responsible AI practices, including governance, user trust, and change readiness

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$161,700.00 - $284,300.00
