As the Director of VAR Channel Sales for Spectrum Business, you will lead a regional team dedicated to expanding our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) strategy and execution for our fiber and coax-based portfolio. What Our Directors of VAR Channel Sales Enjoy Most About the Role:
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue through a multi-channel distribution model.
  • Build channel awareness and encourage focus on Charter Spectrum's entire suite of product solutions and its value proposition.
  • Facilitate, develop, and manage sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives; ensure awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflicts.
  • Work with internal boundary partners such as Marketing, Order Management, Finance, etc. to deliver sales enablement tools and processes for a best-in-class partner experience.

Working Conditions
  • Normal office environment with travel required, 40% or more.

Required Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience working with VARs and system integrators to build strategic programs that drive demand and sales.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Cloud, Hosting, and Managed Services.
  • Skilled in developing partner business plans and recruiting new partnerships.
  • Capable of optimizing channel investments to drive sales.

  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, and high energy.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.
