How you can make a difference:
- Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
- Compile, analyze, interpret and present complex data to propose new strategies for current and future business changes.
- Develop project improvement scopes by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and costs.
- Assess trends and develop actionable insights based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources.
- Leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve solutions results.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Two or more years of business analysis or related experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Effective prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
