How You'll Make an Impact
  • Direct inventory, warehouse management and fulfillment functions for capital equipment
  • Develop and implement programs and policies that leverage logistics for competitive advantage through ongoing analysis and process improvement
  • Direct teams to ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained with robust safety and security programs
  • Ensure inventory accuracy with regular cycle count programs and precise documentation
  • Implement security measures and timely material movement while ensuring prompt documentation from end users and customers
  • Develop, train and motivate team members across distribution centers to achieve organizational goals in customer service, order fulfillment, technical services, materials management, shipping and receiving

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, logistics, supply chain or equivalent

Experience
  • 6+ years of inventory control, supply chain, planning and forecasting experience or
  • 6+ years of distribution center management experience or equivalent

Skills
  • Proven ability to organize, plan and direct supply chain and distribution activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective team management and leadership capabilities
  • Expertise in logistics and inventory control processes
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and security standards
