The Mission 
Join a high-growth healthcare SaaS provider dedicated to transforming patient outcomes through seamless technology. We’re looking for a strategic leader to scale our engineering culture, refine our technical roadmap, and mentor a high-performing team. 

The Role 
As Director of Software Engineering, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will oversee the development of our web-based platform and internal tooling, with a focus on scalability, team velocity, and developer experience. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage and grow a multi-functional team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. 
  • Architectural Vision: Oversee technical design efforts on enterprise software applications, leveraging SOLID design principles on full-stack development teams using C#/.NET backend, React.js frontend, and SQL Server. 
  • Cloud Strategy: Drive our AWS infrastructure strategy, leveraging cloud-native services and containerization for high availability and performance. 
  • Compliance First: Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI). 
  • Strategic Delivery: Partner with Product and Design to define milestones and execute iterate towards long-term product initiatives. 

What You Bring 

  • Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a senior leadership role. 
  • Technical Depth: Proven track record leading teams building and maintaining SaaS applications. Competency using .NET, ReactJS, RDBMS, Kubernetes and AWS PaaS. 
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Project Management: Ability to break down complex and long running projects into reasonable milestones that can be used to show progress to stakeholders and keep the ball moving.

Base Salary Range
$200,000$220,000 USD
