About the Role

As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you’ll craft and execute our vision for a best-in-class enablement function. Building on our existing sales playbook and onboarding framework, you’ll spearhead the strategy, creation, and ongoing enhancement of all enablement initiatives. Your mission: empower Account Executives, SDRs, Account Managers, and sales leaders to achieve peak performance by fostering a culture rooted in learning, coaching, and operational excellence. As the leader of the enablement team, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our sales organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You’ll know you're succeeding when ramp-up times are speedy, win rates and sales cycles are best in class, training flows are optimized, and sales productivity and quota attainment consistently improve. Your key contributions will include:

  • Designing and scaling a holistic, future-ready sales enablement strategy aligned with company goals

  • Leading onboarding and continuous learning programs for all sales roles, ensuring they’re relevant, measurable, and aligned with best practices

  • Creating and delivering engaging, high-impact training content and resources

  • Building and mentoring a high-performing enablement team, nurturing a culture of excellence and growth

  • Evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered sales tools (e.g., conversation intelligence, predictive forecasting, automated coaching platforms, generative AI for content creation)

  • Providing training and change management to ensure successful adoption of AI technologies.

  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to embed enablement into every cross-functional initiative

  • Using data and feedback to pinpoint and eliminate training or process inefficiencies

  • Establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track enablement effectiveness, using insights to guide leadership-level decisions

Requirements
  • 8–10 years of combined experience in sales (quota carrying) and enablement roles (or equivalent leadership-level experience), with experience in SaaS sales

  • A strong track record in building, scaling, and leading successful sales/revenue enablement functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable training and resource materials

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to align enablement efforts to overarching business objectives and sales performance goals

  • Analytical, data-driven, and continuously improving—keen to measure impact and evolve programs accordingly

  • Deep passion for coaching, developing, and empowering sales professionals at every level

  • Demonstrated success in using AI tools in a sales or enablement capacity

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Outreach), and enablement tools (Gong, etc.).

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across the org

  • Occasional travel required
