About the Role 

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Enablement to lead our Launch & Program Readiness, Content Readiness, Process Optimization, and Enablement Technology efforts. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for ensuring our global sales, pre-sales, and partner teams are equipped with the knowledge, content, tools, and systems needed to drive revenue growth and productivity. 
This leader will oversee a team of web developers, instructional designers, video producers, and a dedicated project manager. They will own the strategy and execution of content development, manage our internal and partner training platforms, and drive adoption and integration of key enablement systems. Additionally, they will lead performance measurement and insights for revenue enablement across the go-to-market organization. 
A key aspect of this role is collaboration across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure readiness programs and content are aligned to product launches and business objectives.  

Key Responsibilities:

Launch & Program Readiness 
·       Develop and execute a scalable, repeatable framework for field and partner readiness aligned to product and program launches. 
·       Build high-impact enablement programs that ensure internal, and partner teams are prepared to position, differentiate, and sell Extreme solutions. 
·       Partner with Product and Product Marketing to ensure seamless integration of training, tools, and messaging for new offerings. 
·       Drive consistency, efficiency, and measurable business impact across launch initiatives. 

Content Readiness 
·       Lead the development and execution of a global content readiness strategy for sellers, solution engineers, and partners. 
·       Manage a team of instructional designers, video production, and project resources to create and curate compelling, field-ready content. 
·       Ensure enablement materials are timely, relevant, and aligned to field needs, product launches, and buyer personas. 
·       Support a mix of delivery formats (self-paced, virtual, video, and live) to drive engagement and retention. 
Process & Technology Optimization 
·       Define and implement enablement processes that scale with the business and improve operational efficiency. 
·       Own the strategy and optimization of enablement systems, including internal and partner-facing training platforms. 
·       Oversee system integrations (e.g., CRM, CMS, analytics tools) to streamline access, track consumption, and improve usability. 
·       Collaborate with web development and infrastructure teams to ensure platforms are user-friendly and performance oriented. 
Metrics, Analytics & Insights 
·       Establish a data-driven approach to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs. 
·       Develop and manage performance dashboards for internal and partner-facing teams. 
·       Align KPIs with business objectives, providing insights that inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. 
 
What You Bring 
·       8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a related field within the SaaS or networking space. 
·       Proven success leading enablement strategy across content, platforms, and launch execution. 
·       Experience building and scaling global content programs for both internal and partner audiences. 
·       Strong understanding of go-to-market tech stacks including Salesforce, CMS, training platforms, and analytics tools. 
·       Deep knowledge of enablement measurement frameworks and data storytelling. 
·       Experience managing cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers. 
·       Strong collaboration and influence skills across GTM, Product, and Executive teams. 
·       Excellent communication and project execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
