MARA is seeking a Head of Program Management to lead the operating rhythm and execution alignment across our product, engineering, and infrastructure teams. This role is responsible for translating product and technical roadmaps into coordinated delivery through high-quality planning processes, stakeholder communication, and milestone execution. You will serve as the connective tissue between C-level priorities and team-level actions—ensuring we scale with clarity, speed, and accountability.

You’ll own the systems, cadences, and tools that drive quarterly and annual planning, cross-team coordination, and delivery execution. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and executive leadership to align initiatives, track dependencies, and surface progress through stakeholder reports and dashboards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Lead and facilitate MARA’s annual and quarterly planning cycles across product and engineering.

· Own the product development operating cadence—including roadmap reviews, release plans, milestone tracking, and program status reporting.

· Drive cross-functional definition and delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple teams.

· Build and maintain program dashboards to track progress, risks, and key outcomes.

· Develop and maintain stakeholder update templates and reporting rhythms.

· Create and continuously improve tools and processes for dependencies mapping, coordination, alignment, and risk management.

· Act as a coach and systems enabler for delivery teams navigating complexity and scale.

· 8–12+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical delivery leadership.

· Proven success leading large, multi-day planning events and execution rhythms in technical products or services.

· Experience managing cross-functional programs with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

· Fluency with modern program management tools and dashboards.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills with a bias for measurable progress, clarity and action.

· Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability and systems-level intuition.

· Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes—from executive briefings to tactical unblocking.
