Who we are:
At Mediafly, we help the world’s top revenue teams work smarter and achieve measurable impact. Our platform brings together sales enablement, content, and performance insights so sellers have the coaching, tools, and intelligence they need to succeed. By weaving value selling into every workflow, we empower teams to accelerate deal cycles, boost win rates, and prove ROI.

For you, that means joining a company where innovation meets purpose—where your work helps businesses deliver more meaningful buyer experiences and drives results that truly matter. You’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team that values expertise, creativity, and human connection.

The Director, Product Operations will bring order, consistency, and predictability to how our product organization works. You’ll lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers while building the operational backbone that keeps initiatives moving — ensuring that strategy translates into execution smoothly and efficiently.

This role is perfect for someone who loves clarity, thrives on process, and can bring harmony to a fast-moving cross-functional environment. You’ll be the person who ensures our product teams are aligned, our documentation is standardized, and nothing slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities of a Director, Product Operations:

  • Establish and own frameworks, rituals, and tools that improve consistency, transparency, and accountability across the product organization.
  • Mentor two Sr PMs, helping them prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Enforce a unified “rulebook” for PRDs, discovery briefs, and other product artifacts. Ensure everything lives in the right place, follows the right format, and tells the right story.
  • Build repeatable systems for how work moves from idea to delivery — including how we plan, track, and review progress.
  • Champion tools like Productboard, Confluence, and Jira to drive cross-functional clarity.
  • Keep the trains running on time. Coordinate dependencies, track timelines, and help teams anticipate and unblock risks before they slow momentum.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, and GTM to make sure everyone understands priorities, status, and the “why” behind decisions.

We would love to meet you if you have:

  • 8+ years in product or program management, with at least 2 years leading teams.
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company, ideally in a product operations or product management function.
  • Deep experience building scalable processes for product planning, documentation, and release management.
  • A knack for simplifying complexity and creating structure without bureaucracy.
  • Strong communication skills — able to align executives and empower ICs alike.
  • Familiarity with tools like Productboard, Jira, and Confluence, and the judgment to know when a process helps (and when it hinders).

Success Looks Like:

  • Every product initiative has a clear owner, definition of success, and consistent documentation.
  • The team knows what’s next, what’s blocked, and where to find information — always.
  • Leadership can trust that roadmaps, PRDs, and metrics are complete, standardized, and up to date.
  • Product Managers and cross-functional partners feel empowered, supported, and aligned.
